2. Products and information
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look different on your screen, and specifications may vary slightly from the manufacturer’s. Product descriptions are for reference, so please check with us before buying if a detail is important to you. Products are subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies. If we find a pricing or description error, we may correct it and contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is an error in the price or description, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. We may contact you using the details you provide to confirm your order.
5. Payment
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, you pay when your order arrives. For bank transfer orders, we process your order once the payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, weather and courier delays. Please give a correct address and phone number so that the delivery person can reach you. Ownership of the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us about any damage as soon as possible.
7. Returns and exchanges
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy, which explains how returns and exchanges work, including returns of damaged products.
8. Safety
Riding gear and accessories can reduce, but cannot eliminate, the risk of injury. Always choose the right size, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and ride safely and lawfully. You use our products at your own risk.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you post a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and lawful, and you allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to FLAMGEAR or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.
