Membership Rules

Membership at a glance

• Membership is free. Every FLAMGEAR account is a member, with its own Membership ID.
• Earn points on your orders. Different products earn different points.
• Redeem points for a discount on your next purchase.
• Shipping rewards: after each completed order, your next order gets free shipping within Dhaka or 50% off shipping outside Dhaka.

How to join

Register a free account or log in. If you have ordered from us before and already have an account, you are already a member: log in and open My Account, Membership & Points to see your Membership ID and points.

Earning points

• Each product has its own redeem points, shown under its price on the product page, so some products earn more than others. If a product has none set, it earns 1 point for every 100৳ of its price.
• Points are added when your order is marked Completed (after delivery), not when you place it.
• To receive points, order while logged in, or enter your Membership ID at checkout, or use the email address registered on your account.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points from that order are taken back.

Redeeming points

• Each point is worth 1৳ at checkout. The minimum is 50 points.
• Points can cover up to 50% of the value of the items in an order. They do not pay for delivery.
• To redeem points you must be logged in. Open checkout, enter the points to use and press Apply.
• If an order you paid for with points is cancelled, the points come back to your account.

Shipping offers

• After an order of yours is completed, your next order gets free shipping within Dhaka.
• After an order of yours is completed, your next order for delivery outside Dhaka gets 50% off the shipping charge.
• The reward is applied automatically when you are logged in. It is used up when you place that next order, and completing that order unlocks a new one.
• You can hold 1 reward at a time. If the order that used it is cancelled, the reward is returned.
• It does not stack with the free-delivery offer on large orders: that offer already makes delivery free.

Registered customer benefits

• Points on every completed order, and a discount when you redeem them.
• The next-order shipping reward described above.
• Your Membership ID, points balance and history in My Account.
• Ordering as a guest? If your email matches a registered account, or you enter your Membership ID, the points are still added. Redeeming points and shipping rewards need you to be logged in, to keep your account safe.

Good to know

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We may correct or remove points that were added by mistake, or through misuse of the program.
