How can I pay for my order?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery you pay when your order arrives. For bank transfer orders, we process your order once the payment has been received and confirmed.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver across Bangladesh. The charge depends on your delivery area, and you can see it in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track your orders, save your addresses and keep a wishlist.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Account, then Orders. You can also use the Order Tracking page with your order number and the billing email you used.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We offer easy returns on damaged products. The full rules are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
